A small order with a narrow deadline
An onboarding kit is a small order with a narrow deadline and a personal audience. It has to arrive before or in the first week of a new starter, it has to feel like the organisation rather than like a supplier, and it usually has to work for a cohort rather than for one person. The twenty kits in this section are scoped by role, because a research group, a contractor and a sales hire value different things in a box.
Each kit lists the contents, the unit cost band, the point in the onboarding process at which it works best and the lead time to plan for. The contractor kits are built around a longer engagement and a renewal point. The graduate and trainee kits are built to a cohort delivery date rather than to an individual start date, which is what makes them affordable. The technical kits include the items a new lab or workshop member needs in the first week. Where a kit would be better served by a different format, the page says so.

Yes. Keep the presentation and change one or two items, or take the contents and change the packaging. Both are priced on request.
When should the kit arrive?
In the first week. Arriving on day one reads as welcome, while arriving in week three reads as a box.
Can you deliver to many starter addresses?
Yes. We take the list and pack against it, including name and size, and return the delivery record.
Is there a discount for a cohort order?
Cohort volume is priced on the total rather than per kit, so it lands below the individual rate.
