Most merchandise programmes are owned by one person who learned the job on the job. That is a reasonable way to begin, and a reliable way to overpay for the third year running. The four courses here cover the ground that changes the result: what a minimum order quantity actually does to a unit price, how colour is controlled across a supplier change, what a strike-off sample confirms, and how to read a sustainability claim without accepting the marketing version of it.
Every course is written for a European buyer working in euros, with Spanish production realities in mind: the IVA treatment, the two to three week gap between a strike-off and an approval meeting, and the way the autumn ramp moves a December delivery date. The procurement course is the practical one. The colour workshop is the one people book twice, once for the Pantone process and once for the tolerance question that follows it.
