The library is organised by format, which is wrong for working
The library is organised by format, which is right for browsing and wrong for working. A team running a conference does not need a list of guides; it needs the five documents that describe conference merchandise. These five hubs reorganise the library around a working problem and point at the guides, the how-to articles and the templates that belong to it. Each hub is short, and each one ends with a sequence, because the order of the steps is what usually goes wrong.
The conference hub covers the dated work: quantities by session, badge and lanyard stock, the bag contents, the timeline back from the event date and the contingency when a shipment is late. The onboarding hub covers cohort planning, the size data, delivery to individual starters and the renewal conversation at the end of a contract. The multi-event hub covers aggregation and the framework agreement. The sustainability hub covers evidence, claims and reporting.

The five hubs
The hubs are listed alphabetically. Each one links into the parts of the library that apply and gives the order to work through them.

Questions about the topic clusters
Do we have to work through a hub in order?
The order helps when the problem is new. If you already know the process, use the hub as an index.
Are the hubs updated?
Yes, whenever a guide they point to is revised or a new one is added.
