Ten pairings of decoration method and sector
Ten pages that match a decoration method to the work it is used for, and set out the condition that has to hold for the pairing to work.

A method is a set of constraints
A decoration method is not an aesthetic choice; it is a set of constraints. Screen printing needs a flat panel and a minimum quantity to pay for the screens. Direct to film gives full colour at low volume with a slightly different hand. Embroidery gives a premium tactile result on a polo and a poor one on a fine technical fabric. Sublimation gives a print that will not crack, but only on polyester. The ten pages here pair each method with the sector where it earns its place.
The sector changes the reading. Embroidery on a bank relationship manager's polo is a statement of permanence that a transfer print cannot make on the same fabric. Direct to film on an event bag is a speed decision rather than a quality one, because the event date is fixed and the quantity is small. Each page states the constraint, the quality trade and the order volume at which the method becomes the sensible choice. Where two methods are close, the page says so instead of pretending one is always better.

Questions about decoration methods
Which method should we choose?
Start from the constraint rather than from the look: the fabric, the quantity and the date. The pairings here are built around those three.
Is direct to film lower quality than screen printing?
It is a different result rather than a worse one. It gives full colour without a per-colour screen cost and holds more detail, and the hand of the print differs.
Can we mix methods within one order?
Yes, and it is common. The method matrix shows which products each method suits, so the mix stays consistent.
