How we work, in five pages

Where we are strong, and where we are not
Five pages describing our own operation rather than the product. The design process covers the artwork brief, the concept stage, the proof and the strike-off, and what we expect from the client at each point. The pricing philosophy explains how a quote is built and why the same product can carry two prices depending on volume and decoration. The procurement framework covers how we select and manage production partners. The quality process covers what happens between a signed proof and a delivered carton.
We publish these because a client who understands the method asks better questions and signs off faster. They are also the fairest description of where we are strong and where we are not. The quality process page, for instance, is specific about what we check and what we do not, and about the point at which a defect becomes a claim. The pricing page explains the cases where the honest answer is that a cheaper product will do the job better.

Because a client who knows the process makes fewer errors and approves faster, and because it is the only way to be precise about where we are strong.
