The delivery record is the part worth reading

Two annual summaries for the Spanish operation. Each covers the year in the order that makes sense: the volumes and the mix, the categories that grew and the ones that did not, the production partners we added and the ones we stopped using, and the delivery record. The delivery numbers are the part most worth reading, because they are the ones a client experiences directly, and we publish them including the months that went badly.

Each year also records the operational changes, because they explain the numbers. A new warehouse arrangement in one year lengthened some delivery windows and shortened others, and a supplier change in the middle of a year shows up as a late quarter. We record the corrections as well as the results, since the corrections are the part a reader can use. The current year, 2026, is still running and will be published in the same format.

Questions about the annual summaries

Are the delivery figures audited?

They are our own operational records, compiled monthly from the dispatch and delivery data. They are not audited by a third party.

Which year should we read first?

The most recent one. Each summary refers back to the previous year where the change is the story.
