Commitments a procurement team can file
Trust is asked about in procurement questionnaires and rarely answered in prose. These nine pages state our commitments in the form a procurement team can file: the code of conduct that applies to us and to our production partners, the data protection position including what happens to recipient data, the insurance we carry, and the policy on subcontracting that a buyer may wish to approve before the order is placed.
The certification page lists what we hold, with the issuing body and the validity period, and separates material and product certificates from management system certificates. The quality policy and the sustainability claims pages state what we will and will not put in writing about a product. The accessibility commitment covers this site and the documents we issue. The pages are short, because a commitment that cannot be stated in a paragraph is usually not a commitment.

Can we see the certificates?
Yes, on request, with the issuing body and the validity dates. The certifications page lists what we hold and the scope of each.
Do you subcontract?
Yes, and we are open about it. The subcontracting page describes which parts are subcontracted and how a buyer can approve a supplier in advance.
How do you handle recipient personal data?
It is processed under the data processing agreement and the privacy policy, and deleted on the schedule set out there.
