Built from our own order data

Five reports, published on a yearly cycle, each built from the orders we ran and the conversations we had during the previous year. The budget report compares what buyers planned with what they spent and explains the gap. The minimum order report tracks where the volume bands have moved and what a run of two hundred units now buys. The print method report follows the shift in decoration and the reasons behind it.

The supply chain report covers resilience: where the risk sits now, which of the usual assumptions no longer hold, and what a buyer can reasonably ask a supplier to show. The final report summarises the direction of the market, the demands that appeared during the year and the requests that turned out to be one-off. The reports use our own order data as the base and say so, which means they describe the market as we see it rather than the market as a report says it should be. Where a sample is small, we say what the sample was.
