Why a pack beats a shopping list

Most briefs start with a product list and end with a budget that does not match. A pack solves that by fixing the contents first. We have scoped bundles for the events and programmes that repeat every year: alumni events, engagement with former staff, the annual shareholder meeting, the trade show floor, the customer gift programme, the new-hire welcome box. The contents are decided once and then reused, and that reuse is why the unit price lands below a custom assembly of the same items.

Every pack here is a working configuration rather than an illustration. The page lists what is in the box, the per-unit band at three volume levels, which component carries the lead time and what happens if you want to change one item. Packs that include imported product carry the longer sea-freight cycle, while packs built from European stock move in four to six weeks. You can also order a pack partially: keep the outer presentation and swap the contents, or take the contents and change the packaging.

The list runs alphabetically by the audience or event the pack is built for. Open the page for the pack you are considering and the contents, the cost band and the lead time sit on the same screen.

Questions about merchandise packs

Can we change what is inside a pack?

Yes, most packs are built to be adapted. Swap one component and we re-cost the pack; change the presentation and the volume band can normally be held.

How does a pack compare with ordering the same items separately?

A pack normally lands below the equivalent separate order, because the components are bought against a planned volume and the assembly cost is set once rather than per order.

What lead time applies to a pack with imported items?

Four to six weeks for European stock. Packs that include sea-freight items run eight to twelve weeks including customs clearance.

Is a printed sample available before we commit?

The digital proof is always included. A physical sample depends on the product, the current stock position and the production slot.
