The quiet cost of a merchandise order
A merchandise order touches more systems than people expect. The employee list and the sizes come from the HR platform. The purchase order is recorded in the ERP. The invoice has to leave through a channel the tax authority accepts, which in Spain means one of several systems that do not talk to one another well. The packing list is exported from somewhere, usually a spreadsheet that somebody maintains by hand. Getting these to agree with each other is the quiet cost of running a merchandise programme.

Questions about integrations
Which e-invoice channel should we use in Spain?
It depends on your legal entity and size. The comparison page sets out which channel applies to which case, and we send the invoice in the format the channel accepts.
Can you work from our HR export?
Yes. We can take a name, size and department export and return a packed list against it. The HR platform page describes the columns we need.
Do we need an API connection?
No. Most programmes run on a file exchange. A connection becomes worthwhile when volume and frequency make manual work the bottleneck.
