What these documents cover

These documents describe how this website handles the information you give us and the terms on which we supply. The privacy policy covers the enquiry data, the contact records and the supplier records we hold, and how long we keep them. The cookie notice lists what is set on the site and why, including the analytics and the captcha on the enquiry form. The data processing agreement is the document to sign when your organisation requires one under the general data protection regulation, and it names the categories of personal data a merchandise programme involves, such as the name and the size of a recipient.

The terms of service set out how orders are formed, when title and risk pass, and the limits of what we accept responsibility for. The legal notice identifies the company that operates the site, its registered address and the commercial registry details required in Spain. Where a document has to be executed rather than read, the data processing agreement page explains which signature route applies to your organisation and how a countersigned copy is returned.

Questions about the legal documents

Where do we send a signed data processing agreement?

Use the enquiry form on this page and state the document in the message. We return a countersigned copy, normally within two working days.

How long do you keep enquiry data?

The retention periods are set out in the privacy policy. In short, enquiry data is kept while the conversation is live and for a limited period afterwards.

Do we need the agreement for a one-off order?

For a single small order it is usually not required. It becomes necessary when your organisation processes personal data on our behalf, for example recipient names and sizes in a packing list.

Can we get these documents in Spanish?

Yes. The Spanish versions sit in the Spanish section of the site and can be supplied as PDF for a file.
