The delay happens before anybody orders
Most of the delay in a merchandise programme happens before anyone orders anything, in a brief that is vague. These ten templates shorten that stage. The merchandise brief captures quantity, product, decoration, delivery, budget and deadline in the fields a supplier can quote from. The creative brief captures audience, tone, reference points and what the campaign has to achieve. The event kit plan captures what goes into a dated event pack.
The document templates are the practical ones. The ESG questionnaire is the version we answer ourselves, so you can see what a good answer looks like. The non-disclosure agreement is a mutual form for the artwork and the product idea before either side shares anything confidential. The supplier questionnaire is the reverse of what we send, structured so that answers can be compared between suppliers on the same fields. The templates are in plain text so they can be pasted into whatever document system you use.

Questions about the templates
Can we use the templates with another supplier?
Yes. They are written to be supplier-neutral, and using one with us is not a condition of using it.
Do the templates work as a spreadsheet?
Yes. The brief templates are laid out as fields that map onto spreadsheet columns, and several clients run their whole annual programme from one.
How long does a completed brief take to fill in?
Ten to twenty minutes if the quantity and the date are known. If they are not known yet, the template has a field for the range, which is often enough for a first quotation.
