The constraint is the useful part

Each story here opens with a situation a buyer recognises: a team that doubled in a year and needed onboarding kits, a sales conference that had to equip four hundred people, a bank that wanted a gift which would not sit in a drawer. The stories give the volume, the deadline, the decision that was hard and what happened afterwards. Where a client asked us to name them we do, and where they asked us to redact the sector, the page says that it has been redacted.

The useful part of a case study is usually the constraint rather than the photograph. A lab that needed kits within eleven days. A law firm that wanted a gift compliant with its own anti-bribery policy. A brewery whose labels had to survive a fridge. We have written them that way, because the constraint is what a buyer is actually trying to solve. The sectors range from software and banking to hospitality and manufacturing, and the volumes range from forty units to several thousand.

Questions about the client stories

Can you write a case study about our programme?

Yes. We write it from your brief and your results, and we publish the client name only with written permission.

Are the volumes in these stories typical?

No. They range from forty units to several thousand, and the detail changes with the product. Treat them as illustrations of approach rather than as benchmarks.

Do you write about programmes that did not go to plan?

Yes, where the client is comfortable with it. The corrections are usually the most useful part of the story.

Can we get a reference call with one of these clients?

Sometimes, subject to the client agreeing. Tell us the sector and the programme type you are interested in and we will ask on your behalf.
