What decides whether a client orders again

The reviews in this section cover the parts of the relationship that decide whether a client comes back: whether the delivery date was met, whether somebody answered the phone, whether a complaint was resolved without an argument, and whether the documentation arrived when the client needed it for their own audit. They are written from the client's point of view rather than ours, including the parts where the verdict was mixed.

Several pages compare the work with what the client used before, which is the only comparison that means anything. A client moving from a catalogue supplier to a custom programme will find the lead time longer and the flexibility much greater, and that trade is worth stating plainly. The complaint-handling pages are the ones we would read first if we were a new client, because they show what happens when something goes wrong rather than what happens when nothing does.
