Which rules actually reach a merch order
Compliance usually arrives late, when a procurement questionnaire lands or a sustainability lead asks for a certificate nobody collected. The pages here cover the obligations we meet as a supplier in Spain and across the European Union, together with the evidence behind them, so that a questionnaire can be answered with a document rather than a promise. Product conformity marking applies to a defined set of categories. REACH and RoHS govern restricted substances in materials and decoration.
