Long answers to real questions
Fourteen sets of questions, each on a subject that comes up in nearly every programme. The design set covers artwork preparation, colour profiles, what to do when the artwork does not fit the product and how many revisions are included. The compliance set covers certificates, restricted substances and what to do when a customer asks for a declaration nobody has yet written. The delivery set covers lead times, split shipments, the tracking a recipient actually receives and what happens when a shipment is held.
Several of the sets deal with the questions that are awkward to ask. What happens if the event moves and the merchandise is already made. Whether a sample can be bought back at the end of a project. Whether a charity discount can be applied to a company order. How to settle a claim where the fault is shared between our supplier and the client's artwork.
