Built on something other than opinion
Twenty-four papers, each long enough to be read properly and each built on something other than opinion. The artificial intelligence papers separate the design question from the procurement question, because they fail in different ways. The circular economy paper looks at what a reusable item actually has to survive in order to be reusable, which is a harder test than the one it is usually given. The ESG data collection paper is written for the officer who has to report and has to do it from the records of a programme rather than from a system designed for reporting.
The category papers cover the commercial questions: how to build a range that does not compete with itself, where the volume is moving, what to do when a competitor undercuts on price, and how to answer without matching. The packaging and logistics papers cover the parts of a programme that buyers underestimate. Each paper states its method, the sample it is built on and where the evidence is weak, which is unusual in this field and is the reason to read them.
