Corporate merchandise in Spain is coordinated nationally but executed locally. A conference in Bilbao and a summit in Madrid share an artwork set and a supplier, but they do not share a courier route, a print partner or an event calendar. These guides set out what changes when a programme lands in a particular city: which venues take a delivery directly, how early stock has to be in place, and which local trade fairs fill the calendar that month.
We keep these as working documents because the answer moves. A venue opens, a courier route changes, the local fair calendar is republished every January.
