About IFEMA Madrid
IFEMA Madrid is the Institución Ferial de Madrid, an entity in which the Community of Madrid, the Madrid City Council, the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and financial entities participate. Its main venue — known as Recinto Ferial de Madrid or Feria de Madrid — is in the Valdebebas area, north-east of the capital, within the Campo de las Naciones precinct. Pricing in EUR, MOQ and Spain lead times
We work in EUR ex-VAT. The standard 21% IVA is added on B2B invoices via FACe / SII (AEAT, Agencia Tributaria). Books and school supplies are at the reduced 10% rate (Ley 37/1992 del IVA). For EU intra-community clients with a valid VAT number we apply reverse-charge.

On-site logistics and booth delivery
IFEMA has differentiated loading docks per pavilion (North, Centre and South), with mandatory prior appointment for build-up deliveries. We work to deliver 24-48 hours before opening, during the official build-up — large fairs such as FITUR authorise three weeks of build-up, while shorter fairs such as Matelec run three to five days. The shipping label includes: exhibitor name, booth and pavilion number, order reference, package count, weight, and a stand-side contact (ID / name / mobile).
For fairs with mandatory accreditation (FITUR, ARCOmadrid, Fruit Attraction), the carrier must be registered in the organiser's build-up access list. That coordination is the exhibitor's or their event agency's responsibility, not ours.
For deliveries to the team hotel block (Hotel Novotel Madrid Campo de las Naciones, Hotel Pullman Madrid Airport & Feria, NH Madrid Barajas Airport), delivery happens the day before the team arrives, with margin for hotel reception to validate bulky packages.
Standard Madrid-to-IFEMA shipping is 24 h or even express (SEUR MismaDía or MRW Pinball 24h for urgent deliveries). For tight deadlines we recommend DHL Express España with delivery before 10:00 or 12:00.
Sustainability and materials
For IFEMA events with a sustainability profile (Global Mobility Call, ePower&Building, Greencities, CSR forums), we usually recommend materials with verifiable certifications: GOTS organic cotton, GRS recycled polyester, FSC papers, water-based solvent-free inks and kraft cardboard packaging without plastic laminate. Bottles and food-contact items carry EU 1935/2004 and Regulation EU 10/2011 certifications. Tote bags are available in GOTS organic cotton or GRS-recycled rPET, both with traceability documentation.
