Detailed FAQ — payment
Why 50% deposit?
Branded merch is bespoke production — once your logo is printed, stock has no secondary market. The deposit covers blanks and setup; the balance follows delivery.
Net 30 / Net 60?
Yes — after two completed orders or with a credit-line check. We open a credit limit, you receive a Veri*factu invoice with the Net 30 / 60 due date (within Ley 15/2010 limits for B2B).
What is Veri*factu?
Spanish invoicing system mandated by AEAT requiring tamper-evident, hash-chained invoicing records sent in real time or on demand to Agencia Tributaria. We are Veri*factu compliant from launch.
What is SII?
SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información) is the real-time VAT reporting system for large taxpayers and voluntary subscribers. We report VAT-relevant invoice data via SII for clients subject to it.
What is FACe?
FACe (Punto General de Entrada de Facturas) is the public-sector e-invoice gateway. B2G clients (ministries, ayuntamientos, autonomous communities, public universities) receive their invoice via FACe.
EU reverse-charge?
For B2B sales to a valid EU VAT ID outside Spain, we issue an invoice without IVA, with "Operación con inversión del sujeto pasivo / reverse-charge ex art. 84 LIVA" annotation.
Payment methods?
SEPA bank transfer (preferred), SEPA Direct Debit for recurring clients, Bizum for samples under 1,000 EUR, Visa/Mastercard via Stripe link, PayPal for samples under 200 EUR.
Late payment?
Ley 15/2010 caps B2B terms at 60 days max. Late-payment interest at ECB rate + 8% from day after due date, plus 40 EUR recovery fee per Directive 2011/7/EU. Rarely invoked on recurring clients.
