PRTechCamp Batumi is the Caucasus PR, communications and tech community's flagship summer meet, bringing together PR agencies, in-house comms teams, tech operators, content marketers, social media managers, media houses and press teams to the Adjara coast each summer. For Georgian PR agencies, in-house comms departments, content teams and the broader Caucasus media ecosystem, the summer gathering is the natural meet of the year for the local PR and comms community and the regional visitors it draws. The camp has grown significantly over the last several editions, broadening from a pure PR-and-comms event into the broader content and tech-for-comms ecosystem — social media, AI-for-comms, content marketing, influencer marketing, media relations — and PRTechCamp is also a strong networking venue for the regional PR community: communications teams from across the Caucasus, Eastern Europe, MENA and the CIS attend PRTechCamp alongside the Georgian ecosystem.
A typical brief that lands on our desk combines 220 GSM organic-cotton polos with screen print of the agency or in-house mark for booth staff and account managers, breathable T-shirts for the floor team, softshell light layers for the often mild summer Batumi seafront air-conditioned halls, recycled-cotton tote bags and 500 ml stainless-steel bottles with single-colour engraving for fast counter hand-out, thick-ribbon lanyards with metal snap and transparent credential holders for the camp badge, premium desk sets and power banks for qualified media and partner conversations, and gift boxes with engraved glass, pen and notebook for VIPs and keynote speakers invited to the PR mixer and press dinner. For European PR and comms exhibitors flying from Madrid, Barcelona, London or Berlin via Istanbul or Tbilisi, the issue is not just printing the artwork: it is coordinating quantities by shift, pre-labelling by recipient tier (media, partners, in-house teams, press), and keeping margin for emergency restock at the Batumi venue when stock runs out before noon of the main day.
The operational advantage of a PRTechCamp programme shipped from Spain is the EU-to-Spain-to-Georgia lane. Production runs on our Madrid hub with a 7–10 working-day window for stock items (white polos, tote bags, lanyards, bottles) and 10–14 working days for pieces with bespoke screen print (agency mark, founder-name, stand number); air freight delivers to a Batumi consignee in 96–120 h via Istanbul IST + Batumi BUS, or direct sea-air consolidations from Valencia/Algeciras via Poti/Batumi port deliver to a Batumi logistics warehouse in 7–10 working days. For VIP sets and gift boxes we recommend closing the order 4–5 weeks before so we can present a physical prototype to the agency principal and validate packaging, engraving and personalised card.
