Fira Barcelona Gran Via, Avinguda Joan Carles I, 64, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
ISE (Integrated Systems Europe) is the reference international trade fair for the professional audiovisual industry, integrated systems and AV/IT technology. Organised by Integrated Systems Events, a joint venture between AVIXA and CEDIA, the fair ran in Amsterdam for more than 20 years before moving to Fira Barcelona Gran Via in 2025. The 2026 edition occupies pavilions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Gran Via with thousands of exhibitors spread across themed pavilions (Multi-Command, Technology, Digital Signage, Smart Building, Residential, Unified Communications, Broadcast). Professional attendance across the four days exceeds 50,000 visitors from more than 150 countries, with very significant weight from European integrators, distributors and consultants.
For pro-AV manufacturers, systems integrators, digital-signage distributors, smart-building integrators and channel partners, the merch brief is unusual. The stand teams renew each year the technical apparel of their commercial and接待 teams and need fast-rotation giveaways for the four show days; channel houses need gifts for qualified integrators (AV integrators, IT consultants, prescribers) received in B2B meetings scheduled at the stand; corporate teams with European boards need named VIP kits for industry authorities, channel partners and trade journalists; and marketing teams need multi-language press packs for European, American and Asian trade press. The AV/IT colour palette —tech blue, silver, graphite black, neon green, graphic red— drives the textile and decoration decisions.
Logistics at Fira Gran Via during ISE are complex. The venue fills with large-format stands carrying live demos, pavilions 3 and 5 concentrate the B2B meeting areas and the live-demo zones, and the dock time windows are strict. Most teams therefore schedule dock deliveries with a prior booking at Fira or to a hotel near the venue in the early morning, and assemble the stand before gates open. The fair runs with pre-issued digital credentials, so name-and-company labels with credential QR are critical for visitor logging at the stand. It pays to plan the production schedule with healthy margin: the stand is built two days before, and the team merch has to be ready.
The typical ISE rotation kit combines polos and technical layers with exact Pantone branding per product line, softshell jackets and caps for the demo technicians, lanyards and badge holders with NFC chip for accreditation, functional gifts for integrators (cables, adapters, power banks, wireless chargers), premium keepsakes for industry authorities, and EN/DE/FR/ES press bags for European trade press. The textile choice mixes combed cotton and technical piqué polo with wicking finishes for four days of intensive use, with a robust drape so the embroidery holds up after long show days and washes.
Recommended ISE merch mix
Stand apparel and demo techs
Polos, shirts, softshells and caps for the stand team, demo technicians and integrators in technical piqué or wicking blend. Sizes split by shift and function (commercial, host, technical), exact Pantone embroidery per product line (digital signage, professional audio, control room, projection), and lanyards in English, German, French and Spanish for the international rotation.
Fast-rotation giveaways
Lanyards, technical totes, notebooks, pens and reusable thermal bottles for fast hand-out across the four show days. Branded decoration with techniques that resist the intensive rub from booth passage, in AV/IT sector colours and with reserve quantities for peaks on days two and three.
Qualified-integrator gifts
USB-C cables, multi-port adapters, premium power banks, wireless chargers, HDMI/USB-C cable sets and connectivity accessories reserved for B2B meetings with integrators and consultants. Each gift is labelled with the integrator name and delivered to the stand or meeting room.
VIP and trade-press kits
EN/DE/FR/ES press packs with a fair dossier and product catalogue, premium gift boxes for industry authorities and European channel partners, welcome sets featuring the exhibitor’s own technology and branded trade-fair items. Kits assembled by recipient tier and delivered by name to the stand or the hotel.
Production, IVA and delivery to Fira Gran Via
Artwork, quantities, Pantone reference by product line and the named consignee at each stand, hotel or office have to be locked before production starts. Fira Gran Via enforces strict dock windows and a prior booking for the carrier, so dock deliveries work best in the early morning of the day before assembly, or on assembly day before six in the evening. Most teams split the shipment between a buffer pallet in a hotel near the venue and named consignments to the Fira Gran Via dock with the prior booking. The 21% IVA is added on the B2B invoice and reported either through FACe (the e-invoicing platform of the Administración General del Estado) or the Suministro Inmediato de Información (SII) of the Agencia Tributaria (AEAT); EU intra-Community dispatches use the reverse-charge mechanism with a valid VIES NIF. Some promotional or printed items may fit the Spanish 10% reduced rate when they meet the corresponding category, which we confirm line by line on the quote.
Planning timeline
10–12 weeks out: lock the item list by product line, quantities by function, decoration methods (embroidery, screen print, transfer, engraving, laser) and Pantone references by brand or channel partner.
6–8 weeks out: approve a physical or production-grade sample, especially for fine embroidery, softshells with laser engraving and premium pieces for industry authorities.
4–5 weeks out: finish production, quality control and label each box by stand, with the name of the brand, channel partner or delegation.
Final week: reconfirm the Fira Gran Via dock booking, the contact at the stand and the location of the buffer pallet at a Hospitalet de Llobregat hotel.
Frequently asked questions
When is ISE 2026 and how long does it run?
ISE 2026 runs from 3 to 6 February 2026, four days, at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. The fair opens each year during the first or second week of February. Integrated Systems Events (the AVIXA–CEDIA joint venture) publishes the official calendar and the pavilion map on the event site.
Can you deliver directly to the Fira Gran Via dock or to the stand?
Yes, with a prior dock booking at Fira. Dock windows are strict during assembly and the show, so we usually deliver to the Gran Via dock in the early morning of the day before, or on assembly day before six in the evening. For deliveries inside the stand we coordinate with the exhibitor’s assembly manager.
What quantities make sense for ISE merch?
Manufacturers typically order 50–400 stand pieces and 500–4,000 rotation giveaways per product line; integrators with a stand 25–150 host polos and 200–1,500 giveaways; distributors 30–200 channel pieces and 100–600 auxiliary giveaways; and corporate teams with a European delegation 30–200 VIP kits. We size the run by stand and can split one order across several product lines or channel partners.
Is Corp-Merch a partner or official supplier of ISE?
No. Corp-Merch is an independent external supplier that helps pro-AV manufacturers, systems integrators, digital-signage distributors, smart-building integrators and channel partners prepare their own merch for Integrated Systems Europe. It does not organise, sponsor or represent Integrated Systems Events, AVIXA or CEDIA.

After the closing bell on day four, the typical exhibitor workflow combines returned-to-stock stand apparel and demo-tech apparel shipped back to the warehouse, a numbered reconciliation against the named-consignee list at each stand, channel-partner meeting room and demo zone, and a delivery report with photos of the stand setup, the接待 team and the live demos. The reconciliation feeds directly into the next edition’s Pantone mix per product line, decoration method per piece, and the qualified-integrator gift allocation; it also supports the 21% IVA records the participating company keeps for the Agencia Tributaria (AEAT). For manufacturers and integrators exhibiting under a co-branding agreement with channel partners, we keep a master artwork library so the next cycle reuses approved EN/DE/FR/ES designs.
