iGB L!VE London naturally fits into the summer calendar of Spanish gaming teams that shift between Barcelona and London for industry dates and brings together each year at the Royal Victoria Dock pan-European operators, affiliate programmes and platform and payment providers. The July 2027 edition lands again at ExCeL London with the usual combination of stand hall and simultaneous conference across two dense days. For brand teams the issue is not just printing the artwork: it is coordinating quantities by day (the audience is heaviest on the morning of day one and thins by the afternoon of day two), pre-labelling by recipient tier (operators, affiliates, press), avoiding queues at the ExCeL loading dock where the production crew routes freight, and keeping margin for emergency restock at the stand when tote bags run out before the afternoon panels.

A typical brief that lands on our desk combines 220 GSM organic-cotton polos and T-shirts with screen print or embroidery of the operator or affiliate programme logo, softshell-style light layers for sales teams walking between ExCeL and the corporate hotel in Canary Wharf or Royal Victoria Dock (London in early July stays mild but exhibition halls are usually air-conditioned), caps for pitches on the dock-side open-air terraces, and aprons for hospitality staff at the operator dinners. For high-volume giveaways we usually recommend recycled-cotton tote bags with two-colour screen print, 500 ml stainless-steel bottles with single-colour engraving, A6 notebooks with recycled-paper cover, blue-ink pens with cardboard barrel, and thick-ribbon lanyards with metal clip and transparent credential holders for iGB L!VE badges. For lead-capture gifts we reserve 5 000–10 000 mAh power banks with integrated cable, wireless chargers, USB-C hubs, cork and bamboo desk sets, and in-ear headphones with charging case — handed out only in qualified conversations with affiliates and operators identified in the exhibitor CRM. VIP, operator and affiliate kits ship in boxes with engraved glass, pen and premium notebook for lead invited operators, numbered sets for invited payment leads, 12 L backpacks with padded compartment for technical press, and packaging with personalised card for the Latam delegations.

Production, VAT and delivery at ExCeL London

The iGB L!VE London calendar leaves little margin: the average operator or affiliate programme locks the product list and quantities six weeks before doors open and needs a physical prototype approved four weeks before the July dates to avoid marking errors that get paid in reprints. We usually hold reserved stock in the Madrid hub for recurring pieces (white polos, tote bags, lanyards, bottles) that we can produce and deliver in 7–10 working days; for pieces with bespoke screen print (operator logo, affiliate programme name, brand domain) the window stretches to 10–14 working days. For VIP sets and gift boxes we recommend closing the order 4–5 weeks before so we can present a physical prototype to the client and validate packaging, engraving and personalised card against the live appearance of the brand identity.

The London leg is reserved for last-mile and emergency restock: when stock runs out before the afternoon panels we can ship a top-up from our partner warehouse in Royal Victoria Dock with scheduled delivery to ExCeL in under 24 hours. The post-Brexit UK flow requires customs clearance and is coordinated with the client's freight forwarder; we deliver the goods with the import customs declaration already processed by the client, ready to enter ExCeL through the venue loading dock and be signed for by the named consignee at the stand. For intra-EU shipments an export declaration and a valid EORI for the consignee are required.

The B2B invoice is issued in EUR with 21% VAT added, dispatched via FACe and the Suministro Inmediato de Información (SII) of the Agencia Tributaria (AEAT); for intra-EU clients with a valid VIES number reverse-charge applies without Spanish VAT; for UK and non-EU clients the invoice is issued without VAT citing the relevant EU directive article, and the client settles UK VAT and duty through its own filings. Each delivery is signed at destination and, on request, accompanied by a photo of the unload and the delivery note stamped by the exhibitor.

Recommended planning timeline

  1. 6–8 weeks before (late May): lock the product list, quantities per day and per recipient tier, and marking method (screen print, embroidery, laser engraving, DTF).
  2. 4–5 weeks before (early June): approve a physical or production-grade sample from the Madrid hub, validate the operator logo against the live brand identity, and book the delivery window at ExCeL London with prior appointment.
  3. 2–3 weeks before (mid June): close production, run quality control and apply recipient labelling (operators, affiliates, press).
  4. Event week (6 July build-up / 7–8 July event): deliver to the exhibitor's stand, to the corporate hotel in Canary Wharf / Royal Victoria Dock or to the freight forwarder's warehouse in London; emergency restock from the London hub in under 24 h.

Frequently asked questions — iGB L!VE London 2027

When and where does iGB L!VE London 2027 take place?

iGB L!VE London 2027 takes place 7–8 July 2027 at ExCeL London (Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL, UK), with stand build on 6 July, pre-conference day on 6 July 14:00–18:00 and event closing on 8 July at 17:30. The official dates are confirmed on igblive.com; we use that reference for every shipment that cannot tolerate a date slip.

Can you deliver directly to the stand at ExCeL London?

Yes, with a prior slot. The ExCeL loading dock has restricted loading windows (morning of 6 July) and requires a delivery note signed by the exhibitor; we recommend combining that delivery with backup stock at the corporate hotel in Canary Wharf / Royal Victoria Dock or at our London warehouse for emergency restock during the event.

What about operators bringing stock from outside the UK?

We coordinate with the client's freight forwarder. We invoice in EUR and deliver the material to the forwarder's warehouse in London with the import customs declaration already processed by the client; the forwarder handles the clearance and the final delivery to ExCeL through the venue loading dock. For intra-EU shipments an export declaration and a valid EORI for the consignee are required.
