For producers, programmers, performing-arts schools, institutional delegations and cultural press preparing branded apparel, in-room giveaways, international-tour gifts and press kits ready for the November programming week in Tolosa.
Festival Internacional de Títeres de Tolosa is the European benchmark meeting for puppetry and object animation: family programming, school sessions, indoor productions, street theatre and a professional encounter that brings programmers, international producers, performing-arts schools and cultural delegations to Tolosa through the November week. TOPIC — Centro Internacional del Títere — is the permanent home of the cycle, with indoor programming and exhibitions year-round.
For producers bringing their own production to the week, invited programmers, Basque institutional delegations and the cultural press covering the edition, merch serves concrete goals: it identifies the front-of-house team, reinforces each producer's brand in front of programmers from other countries, leaves a physical record of the encounter in the hands of international programmers and accompanies the Basque institutional delegations that use the cycle as an international visibility moment. The final recipient is usually a cultural professional with visual literacy, which forces care with packaging, marking and graphic coherence at the level of any well-produced cultural event.
T-shirts and polos in each producer's colours, with sizing allocated to each shift of the main room and the welcome team.
Tote bags, bookmarks and pocket notebooks carrying the edition's image, designed for hand-out at press passes and showcases.
Compact boxes with selected Basque products, labelled per delegation and hand-delivered to each cultural lead.
Spanish-Basque bilingual dossiers, short-run cycle catalogues and lanyards for professional accreditations.
Lock the run per producer and recipient before producing — the cycle hosts very different teams and the segmented delivery by delegation simplifies arrival at TOPIC. Tolosa is a small town: access to the venue is limited and loading windows concentrate on the days just before the cycle. That is why many teams split the delivery between TOPIC, a consignee in central Tolosa and a hotel or office in Donostia / San Sebastián as a pre-cycle buffer.
The most common decoration methods are screen printing, embroidery and laser engraving on metal or wood — the latter pairing especially well with object-theatre aesthetics. Standard production lead time from our Madrid hub is five to eight working days for printed items and four to six weeks for embroidered or assembled sets. For productions with last-minute squeezes there is a ten-day rush shift with a thirty-five per cent surcharge, provided stock is confirmed and artwork is approved at physical-sample level.
Invoicing is in euros with 21% IVA added on the B2B invoice, under FACe / Suministro Inmediato de Información (SII) of the Agencia Tributaria (AEAT). When the recipient is intra-community, reverse-charge applies; invoices to clients outside the European Union are issued without IVA under the regulation. Each order is documented with an internal purchase order, delivery note and, on request, a conformity act with a photograph of the packaging per recipient.
The historical calendar of the cycle falls through November. Confirm the exact dates of the current edition on the official TOPIC Tolosa site.
Only when the organisation has confirmed the loading window, venue access and named consignee. Many teams split the delivery between TOPIC, a consignee in Tolosa and a hotel in Donostia / San Sebastián.
Yes. Invited producers, institutional delegations, cultural press and international programmers are packed and labelled as separate allocations, tied to each recipient.
