For producers, flamenco peñas, sponsoring wineries, hotels in the old town and cultural press preparing branded apparel, in-room giveaways, guest-artist gifts and press kits ready for the February-March programming in Jerez de la Frontera.
Festival de Flamenco de Jerez is one of the great fixtures on the international flamenco calendar: every year, late February to early March, it gathers aficionados, cantaores, bailaores, guitarists, foreign programmers and cultural press around the Teatro Villamarta programming and the flamenco peñas of the old town. It is a must-attend meeting for international producers booking tours, wineries tying their brand to the cycle, hotels in the centre hosting artistic delegations and the communications teams of the peñas that sustain the parallel calendar of the edition.
For all those profiles, merch serves distinct goals: identifies the front-of-house team, registers sponsorship in the image of each peña, reinforces the wineries' brand with HORECA clients at the gastronomic showcases and accompanies cultural press at press passes and launches. The final recipient is usually an aficionado with criterion, a sector professional or an institutional guest accustomed to judging the product quality as much as the content quality. That is why careful material selection, bilingual marking and coherence with the cycle's tone are as important as the run itself.

Fans, paper handkerchiefs, lanyards and tote bags matching the chromatic palette of the edition.
Compact boxes with local product — Jerez wine, oil, ceramics — labelled per artist and delivered backstage.
Spanish-English bilingual dossiers, short-run cycle catalogues and lanyards for professional accreditations.
Lock the run per peña, winery or sponsor before producing — the edition brings together many different teams and the segmented delivery by recipient simplifies arrival at the Teatro Villamarta and the peñas. Jerez has an old town of narrow streets: access to the Teatro and the peñas is limited and loading windows concentrate on the days just before the cycle. That is why many teams split the delivery between the Teatro, a consignee in the centre and a hotel or office in Jerez as a pre-cycle buffer.
The most common decoration methods are screen printing, embroidery and laser engraving on metal or wood — the latter pairing especially well with flamenco aesthetics and local products. Standard production lead time from our Madrid hub is five to eight working days for printed items and four to six weeks for embroidered or assembled sets. For productions with last-minute squeezes there is a ten-day rush shift with a thirty-five per cent surcharge, provided stock is confirmed and artwork is approved at physical-sample level.
Invoicing is in euros with 21% IVA added on the B2B invoice, under FACe / Suministro Inmediato de Información (SII) of the Agencia Tributaria (AEAT). When the recipient is intra-community, reverse-charge applies; invoices to clients outside the European Union are issued without IVA under the regulation. Each order is documented with an internal purchase order, delivery note and, on request, a conformity act with a photograph of the packaging per recipient.
The historical calendar of the cycle falls between late February and early March. Confirm the exact evenings of the current edition on the official Ayuntamiento de Jerez or Teatro Villamarta site.
Only when the organisation has confirmed the loading window, backstage access and named consignee. Many teams split the delivery between the Teatro, a consignee in the old town and a hotel in Jerez.
