Jerez de la Frontera · Cádiz · Spring
For cultural delegations, sponsors, brand-activation teams and flamenco press who need coordinated apparel, giveaways, lead-capture gifts and protocol kits ready for the spring edition across the city's peñas flamencas, Teatro Villamarta and outdoor plazas.
Jerez de la Frontera is one of the cradles of flamenco, and the city hosts an annual festival that anchors the spring flamenco calendar in Spain. Programming unfolds across the Teatro Villamarta, the network of peñas flamencas (Peña La Bulería, Peña Fernando de la Mora, Centro Flamenco Fosforito), the Plaza de la Asunción and several historic bodegas that open their patios for parallel performances. The audience combines a local Jerez audience that fills the peñas, regional cultural press, international flamenco programmers and institutional sponsors who pair the festival with B2B meetings during the edition.
For cultural delegations, sponsors and brand-activation teams the practical merch brief is well defined: stage and venue apparel for the festival week, public giveaways during the peñas cycle, lead-capture gifts for invited programmers and visiting companies, and protocol kits for the institutional guests. The operational challenge is coordinating delivery around a week when the Villamarta and the peñas run a parallel schedule of rehearsals, galas and outreach activities.
Corp-Merch works as an external supplier with cultural delegations, sponsors and communications staff who need apparel, gifts and kits ready for festival week. Our role is coordination, production and fulfilment for participating teams. We do not organise or speak for the entity that promotes the festival.
T-shirts, polos and light layers in Pantone-precise brand colours, with size allocation matched to each shift and host role at the Villamarta foyer and peñas.
Canvas or cotton tote bags, screen-printed lanyards with badge holders, refillable bottles and pocket notebooks for fast hand-out during peña cycles and stage days.
Compact power banks, charging cables and desk accessories reserved for qualified conversations with invited programmers, visiting companies and institutional sponsors.
Premium notebooks, drinkware and compact gift boxes assembled by recipient tier and delivered by name to hotel blocks or the Villamarta dressing rooms, with optional sherry pairing from the Marco de Jerez.
Before production starts we lock down artwork, quantities and consignee details. Most sponsors run two parallel delivery routes — one to a sponsor warehouse or local hotel block, another to a named on-site consignee at the festival office — and confirm dock windows with the festival team in advance. Jerez is well connected by road from the Madrid hub (A-4 motorway through Andalucía, around 6h to the centre) and from the Sevilla hub (around 1h15 on the A-4), so production cycles of 7–10 business days are realistic for stock items with screen-print or embroidery. For embroidered series with custom packaging and bilingual Spanish-English labels we recommend starting 4–5 weeks ahead.
Corp-Merch production runs from our Madrid hub with carriers experienced in Andalucía distribution. For short runs below MOQ 50 we default to embroidered sets with a personalisation surcharge; for longer runs we scale to silk-screen printing or embroidery depending on the substrate. B2B invoices are issued in EUR with 21% VAT itemised and reported via FACe or the AEAT SII system for Spanish-registered clients with a NIF; intra-community clients holding a valid VIES number use the reverse-charge mechanism without Spanish VAT; clients outside the EU are invoiced citing the relevant article of the EU directive.
Standard lead time is 5–8 working days; rush is 3 days with a 35% surcharge. A safe margin to receive the order in Jerez without stress is 10 calendar days before the opening peña. Each delivery is confirmed with a signed delivery note and, on the client's request, with a photo of the material unloaded at the named consignee.
The edition usually runs in February / March. Exact dates and the daily programme are confirmed by the organising entity on the official Jerez city channels and partner media.
Yes, provided the Villamarta operator confirms the dock window, vehicle access and named consignee. Windows are tight because the venue also runs rehearsals and parallel galas during the week.
Yes. Many sponsors split the shipment between the festival office, the peñas flamencas, a Jerez hotel block (Hotel Jerez Centro, Hotel Villa Jerez, Hotel Bodega Tío Pepe) and the Villamarta dressing rooms. We confirm each address with the local organisation before shipping.
