The Extremadura Film Festival travels across the region with a programme that combines Extremaduran film premieres (documentary and fiction features produced in the region), retrospectives of Extremaduran filmmakers, pitching tables for independent producers, an Iberian co-production market Extremadura-Portugal and an Extremaduran-Portuguese gala that crosses the Raya. For brand teams activating presence in the cycle the operational challenge is to coordinate delivery in the historic centres of Cáceres (UNESCO World Heritage) and Badajoz, produce enough material for producers and creative teams pitching projects, coordinate giveaways for invited Portuguese delegations, and deliver protocol pieces to the officials who chair the galas.
The brief we usually receive combines 220 GSM organic-cotton polos with screen-printing of the producer or Film Commission monogram, white linen shirts for creative teams at pitchings, classic-cut blazers for delegations at galas, linen aprons for the co-production market bar team, corduroy waistcoats for hall staff, organic-cotton or linen tote bags for cycle visitors, lanyards with wide ribbon and reinforced metal snap for invited producers, Portuguese delegations and film press, 500 ml reusable bottles engraved with the festival seal for invited authorities and press, and A5 notebooks in hardback binding with turned-wood pen as protocol courtesy set for the Junta de Extremadura, provincial councils and RTVE in Extremadura team.
The Madrid production hub handles the full order and ships by road (SEUR, Correos Express, GLS Spain) to the named consignee at each cycle venue — Junta de Extremadura offices in Mérida, provincial council offices, Film Commission, tourism office, the invited producer's premises or the team's stopover hotel near the venue's multiplex. The usual delivery window is 24–48 hours with prior appointment, since the A-5 / A-66 from Madrid carries the Extremaduran traffic of autumn and local bank holidays (San Juan in Badajoz, Santa María in Cáceres). The B2B invoice is issued in EUR with 21% VAT added and is filed via FACe with immediate registration in the Suministro Inmediato de Información (SII) of the Agencia Tributaria (AEAT); for intra-community clients with a valid VIES number reverse-charge applies without Spanish VAT; for UK and non-EU clients the invoice is issued without VAT citing the relevant article of the EU directive.
The client profile Corp-Merch serves at the Extremadura Film Festival includes invited independent producers bringing their own merch to the cycle, Spanish and Portuguese distributors based in Extremadura, Film Commission teams, technical producers moving projection between venues, culture and film-criticism press covering the edition, protocol offices of the Junta de Extremadura and provincial councils, and brand offices of Extremaduran dairy producers (Torta del Casar, Queso de la Serena), DO Ribera del Guadiana wineries and DO Aceituna Aloreña olive groves sponsoring galas and pitchings.
