Coastal botanical-garden concerts · July–August
For sponsors, brand-activation teams, receptive travel agencies and hospitality groups running nights around the Cap Roig amphitheatre during the July–August concert series on the Costa Brava. EUR pricing with 21% IVA via FACe/SII (AEAT), production from our Madrid hub, and direct delivery to the gardens, a named on-site consignee or a hotel in Palafrugell or Llafranc.
Festival Jardins Cap Roig turns the botanical garden on the cliff above Calella de Palafrugell into a single large amphitheatre every summer. Between mid-July and late August the foundation programmes around thirty evenings of pop, rock, flamenco, jazz and Mediterranean music, with a capacity in the high thousands across the terraced stands. Sponsorship partners run branded hospitality zones, after-show receptions and guest-list programmes in parallel to the public calendar, and they need merch that survives an evening by the sea without turning into a logistics puzzle.
For a brand team, a receptive agency or a tour operator selling concert-night packages, the operational brief is unusual: the venue is open-air and coastal, the audience spends two to three hours on stone terracing with sea breeze, and most goods have to be walked down narrow garden paths rather than carried onto a hard-stand booth. The merch has to be ready before sunset on show day, packed in clearly labelled batches by recipient, and stowed in a way that staff can pick it up by headlamp when the gates close and the last shuttle departs.

Cardboard fans printed on both sides, cotton tote bags, recyclable wristbands and aluminium bottles for the queues and the walk back through the garden paths. Quantities typically run from five hundred to several thousand per show night.
Terracotta-coloured ceramic pieces, embroidered pouches, local food hampers or single-origin coffee sets assembled for VIP receptions. Distributed by name at the hospitality terrace, never from a busy stand.
Compact notebooks with the sponsor mark, leather coasters, refillable travel cups or branded lens cloths for the photography team. Smaller runs of thirty to fifty, marked per recipient.
We produce from the Madrid hub with EUR pricing excluding 21% IVA, which is added on the B2B invoice and reported through FACe/SII (Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria, AEAT); EU-based buyers can apply the reverse-charge mechanism where applicable. Quantities are sized to the activation: 50–150 pieces per reference for team apparel, 500–2,000 for visitor giveaways, 30–80 for hospitality sets. The Cap Roig site is reached through a service lane that is shared with the foundation's logistics; we coordinate delivery with the foundation's on-site team so that boxes are shuttled down to the hospitality terraces by electric cart rather than carried in by hand. A buffer stash at a hotel in Palafrugell or Llafranc covers the gap between the last truck arrival and the moment the gates open, and it also lets a brand hand over left-over pieces on the morning after the final show without disrupting the foundation's clean-up.
The festival historically opens in mid-July and closes in late August, with one concert per evening in the amphitheatre. The exact dates of each edition are published on the festival's official page — confirm them there before you lock artwork and sizes.
Yes, provided it is coordinated with the foundation's logistics team and arrives inside the agreed service window. Most sponsors split the consignment between the venue, a hotel buffer in Palafrugell or Llafranc, and their own on-site storage so that nothing is left in a service lane overnight.
For screen-printed or embroidered apparel we usually work with minimums of fifty units per reference; for giveaways such as fans, tote bags or wristbands the minimum can drop to thirty. Hospitality kits accept shorter runs of twenty to thirty because their value comes from the assembly, not the volume.
