Belgrade Tech Week is the leading regional tech gathering in South-East Europe and brings together, for a full week, startups from the Western Balkans, scaleups from the regional hub, corporate teams from banking, retail and manufacturing, venture capital and growth-fund investors, and developers from the active technical communities in Belgrade, Zagreb, Sofia, Bucharest, Skopje and Ljubljana. The Belgrade Fair combines Hall 4 as the main expo with hundreds of startup and corporate stands, the Sava Center for the keynote and pitch plenaries, and side-events spread across the city's innovation districts (New Belgrade, Dorćol, Zemun). For European corporate teams flying to Belgrade for scouting and partnerships, and for local startups exhibiting to investors, the operational challenge is the mix of diverse audiences (investors who expect polished decks, developers who value functional merch, corporate teams looking for stakeholder gifts) and the need to differentiate in a high-density regional event.
A typical brief that lands on our desk asks for organic-cotton T-shirts with the startup logo for booth staff on long shifts, organic-cotton hoodies with YKK zips for the outdoor May side-events, round-neck polos with discrete embroidery for the spokespeople participating in pitch sessions, lanyards with metal clip and NFC engraved with the operator name for team accreditations (including temporary staff of invited accelerators), flat caps and visors for the teams walking the expo, 500 ml engraved eco bottles to hand out in conversations, A5 notebooks with an integrated USB-C pen drive for qualified investors, and sticker and enamel-pin sets for collectors who stop by the stand. The Madrid hub absorbs the full order, runs the production and ships by air (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or road (DHL Freight, Schenker) to a named consignee at the Belgrade Fair, the logistics-partner warehouse or the client's regional office in Belgrade in 72–96 h with all customs paperwork cleared.
Beyond apparel and kits, we also prepare small batches of merchandise for the after-parties and pitch nights of the Belgrade Tech Week calendar — woven fabric wristbands with a reusable closure for the official parties, enamel pins with the operator logo for swag collectors, and organic-cotton zip pouches for the courtesy kits the team hands out at the hospitality zones. For teams working with accelerators we also include bound catalogues branded with the startup mark for handover at the one-to-one investor meetings. Every batch arrives pre-labelled by recipient and by audience at the client's hub at the Belgrade Fair, where the operator's internal team handles the final distribution.
