Sobre Brief creativo merch
Our merch brief template for España marketing and HR teams covers — campaign objective, target audience, brand-guideline reference, item shortlist with quantities, decoration preferences (1-colour vs full-colour), packaging requirements, budget envelope, deadline, delivery destinations, multi-language needs and approval workflow. The brief is the single source of truth between requester, design and production — fewer mid-cycle changes, faster turnaround.
Cómo gestionamos programas Brief creativo merch
How España marketing and HR teams use our brief template — fill in upstream of the design intake call so the design and production teams have a single source of truth. The brief locks budget envelope, deadline, target audience and item shortlist before creative work starts — fewer mid-cycle scope changes, faster sign-off, less rework. Editable .docx version downloadable on request, shareable with stakeholders via Google Docs or SharePoint.

Preguntas frecuentes
Is the brief template a fillable form?
Yes — downloadable as .docx, also available as a Google Docs / SharePoint link for collaborative editing.
Who should fill in the brief?
Typically marketing lead + HR lead (for onboarding kits) + procurement; the brief locks scope before creative starts.
What if I don't have a brand book?
We can work from your website and existing visual identity; for ongoing programmes we recommend building a starter brand-book.
How detailed should the brief be?
2-4 pages is the sweet spot — objective, audience, item shortlist, budget, deadline, brand guidelines. Over-detail leads to scope creep.
Can the brief be reused for recurring orders?
Yes — for recurring programmes, the first-order brief becomes the master brief; subsequent orders reference + delta-only.
