Detailed FAQ — pricing
What is included in the per-unit price?
Blank stock, one print position, standard polybag packing, basic QC and palletisation for delivery within mainland Spain. Setup amortised into the per-unit rate from 100 pcs.
Sample cost?
Plain blank samples 35–50 EUR/unit + courier. Printed PPS on the actual blank with your artwork 50–80 EUR/unit, credited against the final invoice once bulk is confirmed.
Rush surcharge?
+35% on the production line for 3–5 working-day turnaround instead of standard 5–8 working days. Strike-offs and proofing remain at standard timing.
Is IVA included?
No. All quotes are net of IVA 21%. Invoices follow the Veri*factu regime (AEAT), are reported in real time via SII for entities subject to it, and B2G clients receive their invoice through FACe (Punto General de Entrada de Facturas).
Canaries / Ceuta / Melilla?
Different tax regimes: Canarias uses IGIC (typ. 7%), Ceuta and Melilla use IPSI. Quotes adapt automatically to the delivery region.
Volume discounts beyond 500 pcs?
Yes. From 1,000 pcs we move from MOQ-tier pricing to project pricing — direct mill sourcing on apparel, bulk import on hard goods. Typically 10–20% additional improvement.
Additional print positions?
Each additional position is +0.40–1.20 EUR/unit depending on technique. Wrap-around sublimation on drinkware counts as one position.
Hidden fees?
No. Artwork prep up to 30 minutes, one round of digital proofing, and palletised delivery to one mainland Spain address are already in the quote.
