For cultural delegations, sponsors, brand-activation teams and music press who need coordinated apparel, giveaways, lead-capture gifts and protocol kits ready for the summer edition across the Real Monasterio de Santa María de Veruela and the casco histórico of Borja.
Borja, in the heart of the Campo de Borja wine region, hosts an annual international music festival anchored at the Real Monasterio de Santa María de Veruela and complemented by concerts in other historic spaces of the casco histórico. Programming usually blends classical, early and chamber repertoire performed by international ensembles, with the monastery's cloister acting as the principal open-air venue and the parish church hosting the indoor galas. The audience combines a local Aragón season-ticket public, regional cultural press, institutional sponsors and travelling cultural delegations who pair the festival with B2B meetings during the edition.
For cultural delegations, sponsors and brand-activation teams the practical merch brief is well defined: stage and venue apparel for the festival week, public giveaways at the cloister intervals, lead-capture gifts for invited programmers and visiting ensembles, and protocol kits for the institutional guests. The operational challenge is coordinating delivery around a week when the monasterio and the surrounding historic spaces run a parallel schedule of rehearsals, galas and outreach concerts.
Corp-Merch works as an external supplier with cultural delegations, sponsors and communications staff who need apparel, gifts and kits ready for festival week. Our role is coordination, production and fulfilment for participating teams. We do not organise or speak for the entity that promotes the festival.
Polos, button-down shirts and fine-embroidered layers for sponsor-relations and guest-services teams across the festival days, with size allocation matched to each shift and host role at the cloister and parish church.
Canvas or cotton tote bags, screen-printed lanyards with badge holders, refillable bottles and pocket notebooks for fast hand-out during cloister intervals and stage days.
Compact power banks, charging cables and desk accessories reserved for qualified conversations with invited programmers, visiting ensembles and institutional sponsors.
Premium notebooks, drinkware and compact gift boxes assembled by recipient tier and delivered by name to hotel blocks or the monasterio dressing rooms, with optional Campo de Borja pairing.
Before production starts we lock down artwork, quantities and consignee details. Most sponsors run two parallel delivery routes — one to a sponsor warehouse or local hotel block, another to a named on-site consignee at the festival office — and confirm dock windows with the festival team in advance. Borja is well connected by road from the Madrid hub (A-2 motorway through Aragón, around 3h to the centre) and from the Zaragoza hub (around 1h on the N-122), so production cycles of 7–10 business days are realistic for stock items with screen-print or embroidery. For embroidered series with custom packaging and bilingual Spanish-English labels we recommend starting 4–5 weeks ahead.
Corp-Merch production runs from our Madrid hub with carriers experienced in Aragón distribution. For short runs below MOQ 50 we default to embroidered sets with a personalisation surcharge; for longer runs we scale to silk-screen printing or embroidery depending on the substrate. B2B invoices are issued in EUR with 21% VAT itemised and reported via FACe or the AEAT SII system for Spanish-registered clients with a NIF; intra-community clients holding a valid VIES number use the reverse-charge mechanism without Spanish VAT; clients outside the EU are invoiced citing the relevant article of the EU directive.
Standard lead time is 5–8 working days; rush is 3 days with a 35% surcharge. A safe margin to receive the order in Borja without stress is 10 calendar days before the opening concert. Each delivery is confirmed with a signed delivery note and, on the client's request, with a photo of the material unloaded at the named consignee.
The edition usually runs in summer. Exact dates and the daily programme are confirmed by the organising entity on the official Borja cultural channels and partner media.
Yes, provided the monasterio operator confirms the dock window, vehicle access and named consignee. Windows are tight because the cloister and adjacent venues also run rehearsals and outreach events during the week.
Yes. Many sponsors split the shipment between the festival office, a Borja hotel block (Hotel Ciudad de Borja, rural houses around the Veruela) or a Zaragoza hotel block (Hotel Palafox, Hotel Inca) and the monasterio dressing rooms. We confirm each address with the local organisation before shipping.
