For hotels, tour operators, food brands and tourist-office teams activating in and around the Judería during the May fortnight. Production from our Madrid hub with delivery to the historic quarter, a named consignee or a hotel reception point.
The Córdoba Patios Festival has been held each May since 1918 in some form — its current open and free format dates from 1978 — and UNESCO inscribed it on the Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2012. Across a fortnight, between fifty and sixty private patios open their doorways to the public in daytime and evening slots, competing in the city and regional contests. The festival pulls tens of thousands of visitors into the Judería and the old quarter and drives a parallel economy of guides, hospitality, ceramics and small crafts that any local brand can plug into.
For a brand team, a press operation, a bodega, a receptive travel agency or a hotel that owns a patio, the operational challenge is not exhibiting in a hall but circulating around the neighbourhood with merch ready to hand over to a guide or shift lead, and restocking between days. The chain breaks when packaging does not label recipients, when T-shirt sizes do not match the people wearing them across shifts, or when a courier gets stuck in the narrow streets of the old town without a named consignee.

Cardboard fans with the brand mark, cotton tote bags, reusable aluminium bottles for full-morning patio walks — designed to survive several hours under a southern sun.
Mini olive-oil sets, locally sourced ceramic souvenir pieces or hand-bound notebooks with bilingual cards. Keep quantities short and hand over by name, not from a tray.
Bookmarks, QR-coded bodega cards, small glassware sets or tasting cloths — small pieces the guest takes home and which keep the experience top of mind after the trip.
We produce from the Madrid hub with 21% VAT and B2B invoicing through FACe/SII (Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria, AEAT); for EU-based clients we apply the reverse-charge mechanism where applicable. Quantities are sized to the activation: fifty to two hundred pieces for team apparel, five hundred to two thousand for visitor giveaways, twenty to fifty for press or tasting kits. Delivery into the Córdoba old quarter is coordinated with a named consignee at the hotel or with a reserved loading slot, since the Judería has pedestrian streets and van access is restricted during peak visiting hours. Confirm with the city council or with the patio owner the exact slot, the unit reference number and the receiver's phone. A one- to two-day buffer between truck arrival and the first shift avoids starting the first morning with unopened boxes.
Historically during the first or second fortnight of May, with a typical two-week span. The exact dates of each edition are published by the Ayuntamiento de Córdoba in its annual call — always confirm them there before locking artwork and sizes.
Yes, provided it is coordinated with the patio owner or with the hotel team. Streets in the historic quarter are pedestrianised and van access is restricted in specific slots, so it is usually more practical to unload at a pre-arranged loading area and shuttle the materials to the patio with a trolley or auxiliary vehicle.
For screen-printed or embroidered apparel we usually work with minimums of fifty units per reference; for simple giveaways such as fans, lanyards or tote bags the minimum can drop to thirty. Press and tasting kits accept shorter runs of twenty to thirty, precisely because their value depends on personalisation.
